Can I choose a time frame for the collection when requesting an Individual offer?

You can request a specific time frame for pick up or delivery when filling out the individual order form. Our sales experts will then propose to you all the available options.

How will I be able to track the shipment?

Depending on the service you will book, you may get a tracking number that will allow you to check the status of your shipment until the delivery. Tracking codes are not available for direct transports such as van delivery or FTL and LTL.

When does the delivery occur?

Depending on the route and service you choose, delivery times may be different. Usually, the delivery times are estimated in business days but cannot be guaranteed. Some factors that may influence the estimated time of delivery are: customs procedures, heavy traffic, bad weather conditions, etc.

When will I get the tracking code?

Depending on the service booked, you will receive the tracking code in a email sent by help@eurosender.com.

Will the driver call me before the collection or delivery?

We cannot guarantee that the transport company will call you before the collection or delivery.

The main courier office may call the shipper/recipient the day before the planned pick-up/delivery to confirm that someone will be at the address to handle the shipment. For Van and LTL/FTL shipments, our Customer Support can help you get more details about the delivery date and time frame by email or chat.
