What items can I and can I not send in an envelope?
When booking the Document service, you can send only paper documents, IDs, passports, and cards. Always make sure never to include items or objects as small as they may be in the envelope. Instead, you can choose the Express package option and still pack your items in an envelope or small box.

What size envelope can I send?
The maximum size of an envelope is 35 cm x 28 cm with a maximum weight of 2 kg.
Will the courier company pick up or deliver envelopes during the weekend or on bank holidays?
No. Pick-ups take place on business days between 9 am and 8.30 pm.
If the selected collection date is a bank holiday in the pick-up country, the collection will occur on the next business day.
