Instructions for placing an order with Eurosender

Eurosender’s booking engine for shipping services is designed to optimize the customer experience. We have simplified the interface so that you can place an order for courier services in less than 2 minutes.

Whether you are shipping a package or a pallet, based on the information you insert, our platform will provide you with the best available price.

We have constructed step-by-step instructions, which will guide you through the entire procedure.

STEP 1

Open the Eurosender.com website and you will find the booking engine on the top of our homepage. Select the pickup and delivery country. Further on, you will be asked to select the type and the number of items you want to ship: package or suitcase, pallet or a non-standard item.

Non-standard items are those items that, due to their size, shape or weight, do not fit in a cardboard box and cannot be shipped on a pallet.

Before going to the next step, you will also need to specify whether you ship as a private person or as a company. Upon entering the required information, the price will be automatically displayed on the bottom right corner. The price is directly related to the number and type of items selected and will vary accordingly.

Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.

STEP 2 – Order details:

The 2nd step is the most important one in the process, as you will be entering all the information about the shipment and the address details.

First, start by entering the accurate shipment details. You will be able to add or delete items from the order. Then, select the pick-up date from the calendar. Provide also the email address that you want to be used in the communication with us.

Insert accurate and detailed pick-up and delivery addresses to ensure that the selected logistics provider will be able to locate your house/ office and collect the shipment from you, and similarly deliver it to the desired exact address at the other end of the transit.

It is also very important that you enter a correct local telephone number of the country where the collection or delivery will be taking place. Even though the courier service providers are not obliged to contact the customers by phone, in case they decide to do so, only local phone numbers will be contacted.

In order to continue placing the order, you will be asked to agree with the Terms and Conditions of Eurosender and the selected courier service provider. Afterward, simply click the “Continue” button.

STEP 3 – Order safety:

At this step, called “Safety & flexibility”, you will be able to add an additional insurance coverage to your order. You can also add “Flexible changes” to your order, which will give you the possibility of modifying or canceling the order free of charge, until the pickup of your shipment.

Click on the button “Continue” to proceed to the next step.

STEP 4 – Summary:

The purpose of this step is to give you a chance to review all the information you have inserted. Please make sure everything is correct, and make any necessary amendments. After checking that all the details are correct and complete, click on the “Continue” button to proceed to the payment.

STEP 5 – Payment:

At this step, you will see the order total and also insert a discount code, in case you have one. You will be asked to select the payment method you want to use.

  • Credit Card
    We accept Credit Cards from various providers (Visa, MasterCard). All payment details (such as credit card number, security code, etc.) are completely safe and will not be handled nor disclosed to us, or to our courier partners, seeing as we use a safe payment system provided by Adyen. If you selected the Credit Card payment option, clicking the “Continue” button will process and complete your order.
  • PayPal
    In case you are a PayPal member, you can log in with your username and password and continue in that manner. You will be re-directed to PayPal, our payment partner and a worldwide leader in providing secure payment solutions. Using PayPal will ensure your payment details (such as credit card number, security code, etc.) stay completely safe and will not be handled nor disclosed to us, nor our courier partners.

If you selected PayPal, click on the “PayPal Checkout” button to complete your transaction.

  • Bank transfer
    We accept bank transfers from all banks. After completing the order process, you will receive all the necessary data and bank details to make a payment via direct bank transfer.

If you selected bank transfer, you will receive all the details of our bank account in the next email. After making the transfer, you should send the proof of payment to help@eurosender.com. This way, we will be able to place your order promptly.

  • Payment with credits
    This payment option is available for all users who create an account on our platform. In the user’s profile, there is an option for topping up the account with the desired amount of money and pay for the orders with the available credit.
    By choosing to pay with user credits, you will benefit from a faster and more secure booking. You won’t need to enter the payment details every time you book the service and your order will be processed instantly. Moreover, any reimbursement of the costs of service will be made available in the user account and you will be able to use the credit for your next orders. Business account holders will also enjoy a discounted price for every order paid with user credits.

Shortly after you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the order details and tracking information.

The “Continue” button will take you to the final step.

STEP 6 – Confirmation:

At this final step, you will be provided with a summary of the order and informed about what are the next steps. Once the order is paid, you will receive an email from us. Following this event, we will arrange the shipping service with one of the logistics service providers in our network. Immediately after the shipping is organized, we will notify you via email and we will also send you a tracking number for you to be able to follow the transit of your parcel.
